The squash runneth over come fall time and how much we love it! So let’s find some great recipes to highlight all of the great flavor. I’ll start with pumpkin ravioli followed by squash lasagna. To top it off will be a heart warming squash risotto.

This will be a hands on fresh pasta making class including making fettuccine using Washington Island’s own whole wheat. Fresh pasta is so easy to make with just a little practice. Let me share my experience with you for a fun day of fresh pasta and wine.

This Weeks Salad Special - Four Cheese Tortelloni Salad with Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette
Tuesday- Spinach and ricotta filled rotolo, baked and topped with marinara served with a side salad
Wednesday- Fried polenta with beets, sweet potato, and caramelized onion
Thursday - Roasted pork loin with root vegetables served with a port sauce
Friday- “Capri Cheese” Fromage Blance ravioli with sungold sauce topped with thyme and smoked salmon
Saturday- Chicken Saltimbocca with a Marsala sauce and a side of pasta
